The Coop is a single-room, 140sq. foot outbuilding with 15 foot ceilings, antique stained glass windows, and sliding windows in the back that open to the stone terrace at the rear of the building. Perfect for creating a unique space that can serve as a bar or food serving area.
If you just need a quiet place to work, you’ll enjoy strong wifi, climate control, and we’ll set you up with your selection of work surfaces, desk, and chairs we have available for just such a need.
And if you’re searching for a place to hold a stunning, intimate meal, we can set the coop with fine antique furnishings for up to 8 people, bejeweled with early turn-of-the-century fine china, glassware, and more.
