BOOKING POLICIES

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

The Painted Petal, located at 7809 Hamilton Boulevard, Breinigsville, Pennsylvania, adheres to the following cancellation policy for all event and accommodation rentals:

Cancellation and Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued to the original form of payment if the reservation is canceled at least 14 days (including Saturdays and Sundays) before the originally booked date of arrival.

A 50% refund will be issued if the reservation is canceled 7-14 days (including Saturdays and Sundays) before the originally booked date of arrival.

No refund will be issued if the cancellation occurs within 7 days of the originally booked date of arrival.

Extenuating Circumstances

In cases of extenuating circumstances, The Painted Petal may offer a full or partial refund at its discretion. Extenuating circumstances include, but are not limited to:

• Death of a named occupant on the original reservation or a member of their immediate family.
• Natural disaster or severe weather event that prevents safe travel, as determined by local and state municipalities.
• Acts of terrorism or political unrest that impact the ability to travel safely.
• Other acts of God as deemed appropriate by The Painted Petal.

Host-Initiated Cancellations

The Painted Petal reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Unforeseeable damage to the property preventing a safe stay.
• Loss of essential utilities (e.g., electricity, water, or heating) that would significantly impact the guest’s ability to safely inhabit the property.
• Other serious events that, at the discretion of The Painted Petal, render the property uninhabitable.
• Guests who knowingly violate house rules, which can be found on the House Rules page.

Agreement to Policy

By completing a booking on www.paintedpetal.com, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this cancellation policy.
