BEDROOM 2
Bedroom 2 is perfect for two guests to sleep comfortably in plush twin beds with extra-high mattresses.
Featuring a bedroom furniture suite made by hand in 1910, you’ll marvel at the incredible craftsmanship of a bygone era while sinking into the plush bedding and luxury linens. The room has a spacious walk-in closet as well as a separate dressing room with a built-in window seat. The room also features central air conditioning and cozy radiators for those colder nights.
Not to fear though, we’ve still got the fastest wifi in town and gorgeous Samsung Frame TVs in every bedroom suite, so you can stream all of your favorite shows and movies while you transport yourself to another time.
Luxury Linens
We don’t do cheap around here. We use only the highest quality linens in all of our rooms – and have optional feather beds, your choice of pillows, and mattress toppers to ensure your bed gives you the best possible sleep and relaxation experience.
Samsung Frame TV
What good is an escape if you can’t binge-watch all of your favorite shows? We’ve equipped every room with a Samsung Frame. That means you can choose to display artwork and forget the TV is even there, or you can keep LOST, The Sopranos, and/or Breaking Bad going all night. Those are the only shows we allow. Just kidding.
Walk-In Closet
A highly unusual feature original to the house is the abundance of walk-in closets. Every room has at least one. In the 2 larger bedrooms, we’ve transformed them into small dressing rooms, and have an additional walk-in for all of your stuff.
Separate Dressing Area
This bedroom featured 2 very large walk-in closets, which was highly unusual for the time. We converted the larger of the 2 into a separate dressing room, with another antique desk/vanity as well as a built-in window seat where you can enjoy peaceful views or all of the action at the Velodrome when there’s a race going on!
1910 Restored Bedroom Set
The bedroom furniture in bedroom 2 was salvaged from someone throwing it away! It was meticulously restored, and features a full size armoire, gorgeous vanity, and beautiful dresser with mirror.
Garden View
Bedroom 2 is has a great view of the back yard, velodrome and parks beyond our property from the window seat, with additional views of the neighboring property.
